Embarking on her yoga journey as a busy mother and high-tech professional, Susan discovered a sanctuary on the mat in the company’s fitness center. Yoga became a welcomed retreat, at least 3 times weekly. The chaos of a loaded mind gracefully untangled, leaving her centered, calm, and reinvigorated to tackle the rest of the day with renewed focus and energy. The practice not only sculpted her physical strength and flexibility but also wove enduring friendships through shared experiences.

Her mission now is to extend this transformative practice to her students, guiding them in Elevated Ways to harmonize mind, body, and soul. She tailors her teachings to uplift not only those in high-pressure roles, but students of all walks - leading them towards joy, mindfulness, and an appreciation for the surrounding natural beauty, ensuring an Elevated Ways experience for every student.
